STATUS & FLSA: Hourly - Non-Exempt
REPORTS TO: ShareStuff Director
POSITION SUMMARY:
This individual is required to perform physically demanding work. Some of the duties include, but not limited to donation processing, stocking, organizing, assist at the front counter, light cleaning, customer service, and sales.This position will assist supervisors (Sr. Associate, Asst. Manager, Manager and Director) in meeting daily needs in the store.

●Must have excellent communication skills, comfortable with addressing individuals and small groups.

●Ability to get along and work effectively with the public, management, fellow employees, volunteers and other

employer’s safety policies and rules and must be willing to report safety violations and potential safety violations
to appropriate supervisory or management personnel.

●Ability to prioritize assigned work and work individually and with a team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
● Assisting supervisor, to open or close the store
● Assist volunteers as needed
● Assist with front of the store flow
● Assist with customer service and selling items on the sales floor
● Help maintain cleanliness and safety of the sales floor and back of the house areas.
● Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must stand, walk, lift, bend and stoop frequently to perform duties. Have the ability to perform prolonged physical activity, including lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 50 pounds alone or up to 75 pounds with the help of fellow employees for short distances.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
●Can be a fast-paced and changing workload.
●During slower times individuals are required to ask or take self initiative to find work that needs to be done
●Must be available and willing to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and attend mandatory training and meetings
as the employer determines are necessary.

● This position is part-time.
